Welcome to Retina Foundation of the Southwest’s (“Retina Foundation” or “we”) website. By donating to the Retina Foundation, you are making a tremendous difference in the lives of children and adults with vision loss by supporting innovative research and treatment.
The Site contains an online form that allows users to donate online. Your donation information is protected in accordance with our privacy policy. Severability

Jurisdiction
This Site is controlled by Retina Foundation of the Southwest, which is headquartered in the State of Texas, United States of America. It can be accessed from all 50 states, as well as from other countries around the world. As each of these places has laws that may differ from those of Texas, by accessing this Site both you and Retina Foundation agree that the statutes and laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflicts of laws principles thereof, will apply to all matters arising from or relating to use of this Site or the information contained herein. You and Retina Foundation also agree and hereby submit to the exclusive, personal jurisdiction and venue of state and federal courts residing in Dallas County, Texas, and waive any jurisdictional or venue defenses otherwise available.
